Formulated for horses grazing pastures such as buffel, kikuyu, setaria, and other exotic grasses. Extended grazing on these types of pastures has been associated with a condition commonly referred to as “Big Head” in horses. This condition is linked in published research to dietary imbalances involving calcium and phosphorus, where calcium can become unavailable due to excess dietary phosphorus.
Reported signs include facial bone changes and other skeletal issues. This product is provided as a nutritional supplement only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or condition; veterinary advice should be sought where health concerns are present.
Horse: Feed adlib. The amount fed will vary according to the horse’s condition and the quality of pasture and/or roughage available. Replace when consumed. Always feed in conjuction with Olsson’s 007.
