Product details

Sheep and Cattle is a pelletised grain supplement for adult sheep and cattle when grazing mature dry pasture or hay and during drought conditions.

What will it provide my animals?

  • A palatable ration to minimize wastage.
  • The right balance of calcium, phosphorus, trace minerals and vitamins to support animal health and wellbeing.
  • Contains Bovatec® to improve feed conversion efficiency in cattle and to reduce fecal shedding of occidian Eimeria species in sheep maintained in confinement.

■ Draft stock into groups of similar size and age
■ Before starting to feed, ensure that all stock have been fed with palatable hay to appetite for the first day
■ Start feeding stock at a rate of 0.25kg per 50kg live body weight per day. Gradually increase the rate of feeding each day for the next 21 days up to the desired level of feeding, or up to 1kg per 50kg live body weight per day
■ Ensure that dry pasture or palatable hay is readily available and stock are able to eat this forage to appetite at all times
■ Feed from troughs or self feeders
