A natural supplement for joints where long-term use can assist in improving joint health and function

  • Glucosamine sulphate and Chondroitin sulphate are the key building blocks found in strong flexible and healthy joints
  • 1x scoop of Equine Joint Support Formula Two contains 5000mg Glucosamine sulphate (Marine Exoskeleton) and 1500mg Chondroitin sulphate (Bovine Cartilage)
  • Equine Joint Support Formula 2 is manufactured using high grade co-crystallised glucosamine sulphate and low molecular weight chondroitin-4-sulphate

Horses that may benefit from Equine Joint Support Formula Two

  • Growing, breeding, spelling and performance horses.
  • All disciplines - dressage, eventing, jumping, racing, showing, camp drafting, reining etc.
  • Horses with a history of joint disease/injury.
Active constituents: Each Kg contains 200g Glucosamine Sulphate (Marine Exoskeleton) 60g Chondroitin Sulphate (Bovine Cartilage)
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: Horses: Initial administration: 50 g (2 level scoops) per day mixed with feed for 4 weeks. For a 500 kg horse the initial dose rate of 50g (2 level scoops) mixed with feed once daily provides 10,000 mg glucosamine sulphate and 3,000 mg chondroitin sulphate per day.
Ongoing maintenance: 25 g (1 level scoop) per day. For a 500 kg horse the maintenance dose of 25 g (1 level scoop) mixed with feed once daily provides 5,000 mg glucosamine sulphate and 1,500 mg chondroitin sulphate per day. Higher dose rates may be administered.
For a 500 kg horse the highest dose rate of 100 g (4 level scoops) mixed with feed once daily provides 20,000 mg glucosamine sulphate per day and 6,000 mg chondroitin sulphate per day.

CAUTION: Not recommended for use in acute or infectious joint conditions. Discontinue use in the event of adverse reaction (e.g. diarrhoea). Use with caution in pregnant, lactating animals or animals with bleeding, liver or kidney disorders
